Working from my private clinic in Loughton, and online, I’m a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 15 years of experience supporting people through pain, restriction and physical challenges.
I am also a Matwork Pilates Instructor, a Certified Empowerment Coach and a Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.
Combining these areas of expertise allows me to work in a unique and holistic way, with a deep respect for our bodies. Together we create the lasting changes you know you need, to be able to live the way you want to.
