About Me

Since graduating from King’s College London in 2010 as a Chartered Physiotherapist, I’ve worked in some of London’s leading NHS teaching hospitals, private clinics, and as an Extended-Scope Physiotherapist in Spinal Orthopaedics.

These environments exposed me to an extraordinary breadth of clinical presentations and allowed me to work closely with specialist teams across multiple disciplines. I’ve supported a great many clients experiencing various musculoskeletal complaints, including persistent pain, acute injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.

My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and the flexibility to inform my practice based on the latest evidence. My greatest learning throughout all my years as a Physiotherapist is that deep listening, intuition and compassion must always come first, to enable effective clinical analysis and collaborative treatment.

I have a specialist interest in women’s health, shaped by my own journey into motherhood. Since becoming a mum, I’ve expanded my clinical training to better support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the many transitions throughout the female life cycle.

Pilates

I am trained in Matwork Pilates and enjoy working both 1:1 and in group settings with my clients.

I am passionate about my own practice; Pilates was my pillar of postnatal recovery, particularly after my third baby when I experienced a complex C-Section.

I initially trained in Pilates over a decade ago and delivered Pilates classes to people experiencing spinal pain.

I have since trained in pre and postnatal Pilates and have worked with many clients combining my physiotherapeutic approach and Pilates skills to create unique sessions and classes.

Coaching

In recent years, I’ve expanded my career by training as an Empowerment Coach and subsequently worked as an Associate Coach for a well-respected and leading Coach.

Throughout this time, I’ve also received regular supervision from Clinical Psychologists, which has deepened my understanding of our human condition, and has given me a greater depth from which I work with all my clients.

Coaching has always been something I wanted to integrate into my work, and this experience has allowed me to do so in a way that honours my passions and values. It has given me the tools to support women not only in their physical recovery but also as they strengthen their sense of self, especially during demanding or transitional periods of their lives.

While my coaching services are offered separately, this work has profoundly influenced how I show up as a Physiotherapist.
