Physiotherapy
I’m a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Since graduating from King’s College London in 2010 as a Chartered Physiotherapist, I’ve worked in some of London’s leading NHS teaching hospitals, private clinics, and as an Extended-Scope Physiotherapist in Spinal Orthopaedics.
These environments exposed me to an extraordinary breadth of clinical presentations and allowed me to work closely with specialist teams across multiple disciplines. I’ve supported a great many clients experiencing various musculoskeletal complaints, including persistent pain, acute injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and the flexibility to inform my practice based on the latest evidence. My greatest learning throughout all my years as a Physiotherapist is that deep listening, intuition and compassion must always come first, to enable effective clinical analysis and collaborative treatment.
I have a specialist interest in women’s health, shaped by my own journey into motherhood. Since becoming a mum, I’ve expanded my clinical training to better support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the many transitions throughout the female life cycle.
