Corporate Work
Wellbeing for organisations and teams
I work with organisations using Body of Communication, a body-led framework that supports clearer communication, stronger relationships and sustainable wellbeing at work.
This work recognises that communication, stress, performance and resilience do not live solely in the mind. They are shaped by the body, the nervous system, and the relational environment. By working with physiology rather than against it, individuals and teams develop greater capacity, adaptability and ease, even in complex or high-pressure contexts.
My background as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Empowerment Coach and Neurolinguistic Practitioner informs this work, alongside extensive experience in movement, embodiment and communication.
This interdisciplinary foundation allows me to bring current research on the body and nervous system into organisational contexts in ways that are practical, accessible and impactful.
If you are interested in supporting communication, wellbeing and performance in a more embodied and sustainable way, I’d be happy to explore whether this work is a good fit for your organisation.

The Body of Communication Framework
Body of Communication is a practical, experiential framework that brings together embodiment, nervous system awareness and communication. It's a multi-faceted approach, working with the language of the body; our greatest asset.
In organisational settings, it supports people to:
-
recognise how stress and communication patterns show up in the body
-
have agency over their responses and focus on the desired changes
-
develop greater nervous system resilience and capacity through regulation
-
improve active listening and relational dynamics through written and verbal communication
-
work together more effectively under pressure and change
This approach moves beyond reactive wellbeing models. Rather than responding only once issues arise, it offers proactive, person-centred strategies that support long-term capacity, engagement and performance. These are advantages that cannot be replicated by technology or AI; placing your organisation ahead of the curve.
Workshops & Programmes
I offer facilitated workshops and training programmes delivered through the Body of Communication framework. These can be delivered as standalone sessions or developed into longer-term programmes.
Core workshops include:
Befriend Stress: Working With Your Body And Mind
An embodied exploration of stress and performance. Participants learn how stress responses arise in the body and nervous system, and how to work with them practically to support resilience, focus and sustainable energy at work. The resources the body offers becomes a route away from repetitive cycles of the human stress response.
Body Language At Work
Communication is not just verbal; it is physiological and relational. This workshop supports teams to improve clarity, boundaries, listening and collaboration by understanding our own and others’ body language.
Nervous System Literacy For The Workplace
A practical introduction to how the nervous system shapes behaviour, decision-making and capacity. Participants gain tools to increase regulation, adaptability and effectiveness in everyday working life.
Working With Change: An Embodied Approach
Supporting individuals and teams to navigate uncertainty and transition. This workshop focuses on building physiological and emotional capacity for change, rather than relying on cognitive strategies alone.
Resilience Beyond Burnout Prevention
Moving beyond reactive wellbeing interventions. This session introduces proactive, body-based strategies that support long-term resilience, engagement and sustainable performance.
Bespoke Organisational Work
Alongside these core offerings, I design bespoke workshops, programmes and projects tailored to the specific needs, culture and challenges of your organisation. This may include work with leadership teams, specific departments or organisation-wide initiatives.
All organisational work is collaborative, experiential and tailored - not off-the-shelf training.
