I had a full body lymphatic drainage session with Amy at her lovely garden studio. The session was expertly carried out and Amy is warm and professional. I booked in after a long haul flight as I had brain fog and felt puffy in my body. Afterwards I felt a little woozy, but it helped me sleep that night and the next day I felt AMAZING.
